DRAGOON TRIBUTES FROM THE WWII DUTCH RESISTANCE
Correspondence 1: November 10, 2023
My Grandad belonged to a small Dutch Resistance Group
that came under command of A./ XII.Manitoba Dragoons
on Oct.30 1944 until Nov.9 1944.
Then under XII.Manitoba Dragoons itself and assigned
to 247.A-T.Bty.,RA
for XII.Manitoba Dragoons until mid December 1944,
but they remained under command of 247.A-T.Bty.,RA until
March 14 1945
on the outer tip of the Western Front line between Tholen
Island, St.Philipsland Peninsula up to Moerdijk.
